Q: I or my child attempted to create an account but did not receive a confirming email, what should I do?

A: Confirmations usually arrive right away, however sometimes it can take fifteen minutes or even longer. We suggest that if you do not receive a confirmation from us within twenty four hours that you contact us via email and explain the problem. We'll try to help as quickly as we can.
