עֲשֶׂרֶת בְּנֵי הָמָן

The name sof the ten sons of Haman are read in one breath during the megillah reading to show they were all killed as one.

Tthe ten names are also written in extra large letters in the megillah as well as being one on top of the other as can be seen in the image below.
