Basic Requirements
Learners should ideally have access to
a computer that has a high speed internet connection, microphone, headset and webcam.
To facilitate communication over the internet
a wired connection is recommended as non-wired connections are more
prone to becoming unstable.
It is a good idea to not have other applications
running in the background so that all of the computer's bandwidth and
memory is available for the session.
Live tutoring sessions are conducted using Skype.
It is suggested that learners be in an area
where they will not be interrupted or distracted by background noise.
