Q: How much does TorahSkills.org cost?
A: TorahSkills.org is currently seeking schools, individual teachers, adult and young learners who are willing to pilot our course offerings. There is currently no charge.
Q: What do I do if I lost my password?
A: On the log in page there is a link which asks you if you forgot your username or password. Click on the link and follow the instructions to recover your username and/or reset your password.
Q: How to I view my (child's) results and other online course activity?
A: After logging in please click the student's name which appears on the top right side of the page. Then click on the "Activity Reports" tab and make a selection. On the course page there is also a link to access grades.
Q: I or my child attempted to create an account but did not receive a confirmation email, what should I do?
A: Confirmations usually arrive right away, however sometimes it can take fifteen minutes or even longer. We suggest that if you do not receive a confirmation from us within twenty four hours that you contact us via email and explain the problem. We'll try to help as quickly as we can.
Q: Where can teachers find more information that will help them with the site?
A: TorahSkills.org makes extensive use of a CMS (Course Management System) developed by Moodle.org. If you have any technical questions or difficulties regarding what can be done with the program, you might want to check the Moodle web site. In addition, there are plenty of helpful links throughout this site.
